How do I prioritize the list of inventory from most critical to least?
How do I currently have all of my data backed up?
Which systems are being replicated?
What IT Hardware is currently under support and what have I let lapse, if any?
What is my tolerance and appetite for downtime?
What is the business’ tolerance and appetite for downtime?
Which business applications maintain a client facing SLA under contract?
Which systems are my most highly licensed systems?
Which systems are most prone to having failures when brought down and turned back up again?
How do I plan to retire certain IT assets: recycle, sanitize, remarket?
What are my secure transportation options?
Which areas of my infrastructure need the most cleanup and organizing?
Who are two partners I can rely on to obtain advice from?
What ISPs are available to me at the new location and how can they assist me?
